Christelle St-Natus Cavé is a member of the Hudicourt-Woolley Law Firm in Haiti. She holds her Law Degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Rpublic and is a lawyer registered with the Port-au-Prince, haiti Bar Association.

Active on the international stage, she is certified in International Arbitration and Construction International Arbitration by the American University College of Law in Washington D.C. She also completed a 12 months training program at the Advanced Arbitration Academy of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC-North America Branch).

Christelle is an active member of the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of Haiti (CCAH) of the Haitian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Her expertise spans from commercial law, mediation, arbitration, corporate law, labor law, civil law and public procurement law. For the past 5 years, Christelle has served on the Board of Directors of the Haitian Biodiversity Fund (FHB), reflecting her commitment to sustainable dvelopment in Haiti. In June 2025, she has been elected by the General Assembly of the Organisation of the American States (OAS), as Board Member of the Justice Study Center of the Americas (JSCA).

Lydia Liberio, MCIArb

Lydia is a licensed attorney in California and New York. She teaches civil law/ADR as a Dean at Abraham Lincoln University Law School, and serves as a business, employment and insurance law mediator and arbitrator with the Mediation Center of Los Angeles. Lydia has experience as an Administrative Law Judge, in-house counsel, and arbitrator on the Los Angeles County Bar Association fee dispute panel. She is a member of Arbitral Women, National Association of Women Judges, and ABA Dispute Resolution section, where she serves as annual conference Legal Education Co-Chair and on the Publication Board. She holds an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California, a JD from Loyola Law School, an MBA in HR from Daniel Webster College, and a BA in Criminology from the University of California, Irvine.

PAUL A. COLETTI

Paul Coletti recently retired as Vice President, Intellectual Property Strategies, after a 37-year career at Johnson & Johnson. His practice extends over all areas of patent law and intellectual property. He is also active in various industry organizations, such as the Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC) for Intellectual Property, the US Chamber of Commerce, IPO, AIPLA and AdvaMed, and is past Chair of the EPO-US Bar Liaison Committee. Paul is a Masters level Mechanical Engineer from Purdue University and holds a law degree from Notre Dame.

Since retirement, Mr. Coletti has pivoted to handle both arbitration and mediation matters, devoted exclusively to the intellectual property field. He is a Fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb.) and has been recognized by both AIPLA and WIPO on each organization’s list of identified neutrals.

Marc Weitz, CFA, FCIArb

Marc Weitz, CFA, FCIArb is an independent international arbitrator and California attorney, based in Los Angeles and Paris. Marc specializes in investment and financial arbitration, leveraging his sophisticated background in finance. He spent over a decade on Wall Street in roles with firms like Lehman Brothers, AIG, and Morgan Stanley, gaining deep experience in securities, structured products, and distressed company matters. In 2008, he started his solo law practice. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a chair-qualified FINRA Arbitrator, and a LACBA fee arbitrator. Marc focuses his practice on complex business, real estate, and bankruptcy disputes. Marc is on the board of the ABA International Arbitration Committee, in charge of publications.

Ana Mercedes Jaimes

Ana Jaimes is an international arbitration specialist with experience representing corporations and States under ICSID and ICC rules across the energy, infrastructure, construction, and telecom sectors. She has practiced in Geneva, Chicago, and Mexico City, and collaborates with firms throughout the U.S. Since 2020, Ana has served as an arbitrator in commercial arbitration cases. Fluent in Spanish, English, and French, she holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS). Ana is a member of multiple arbitration associations, combining legal expertise with practical, cross-border arbitration experience.
